these days I am putting much energy into preparing for the Winter Solstice when the days begin to get longer again and the sun returns! Welcome Sun!

That said, I’ve been driving between Vancouver, Portland and Seattle to attend a life-changing Facilitator Training Program. There are 14 of us from Vancouver area, so we carpool into one car and a 7-seater van that we borrow from a community-minded person.
